It’s a fact that 🪑 adds more stress to the lower back then laying down or standing. Unfortunately, 🪑 is a requirement for most jobs, not to mention all the 🪑 in the 🚙 during the daily commutes of 30 minute to 60 minute most Houstonian’s make to get to work.
So Basically 😩 lower backs or not, we have to sit.
This means are backs need all the help they can get throughout the day to balance all this 🪑.
Tips to improve back health and to reduce back pain while sitting:
