How to stop back pain while sitting

It’s a fact that 🪑 adds more stress to the lower back then laying down or standing. Unfortunately, 🪑 is a requirement for most jobs, not to mention all the 🪑 in the 🚙 during the daily commutes of 30 minute to 60 minute most Houstonian’s make to get to work.

So Basically 😩 lower backs or not, we have to sit.
This means are backs need all the help they can get throughout the day to balance all this 🪑.

Tips to improve back health and to reduce back pain while sitting:

➡️Frequent 🪑 position changes: This video describes 2 simple ways to reduce spine stress while 🪑.

➡️Stay hydrated: every muscle and ligament (of which the back has many) needs 🚿 to stay flexible and health

➡️Don’t sit for longer 30 - 60 minutes at a time: Long 🪑 times cause the back becomes stiff and less resilient to daily stress
